OVERVIEW
The Personal Assistant Manager, assists in the planning and coordination of leads, sales, exhibitions, events, classes, and activities for Columbus artist, Ryan Orewiler within the assigned geographic marketplace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate all in-store class bookings and local events with under 75 attendees within assigned marketplace.
• Build and maintain Master Calendar for assigned marketplace; track and report on bookings, exhibitions, sales and leads.
• Maintain in-store database/ inventory on urbanmodernartist.com
• Attend occasional education events and tradeshows as needed to provide general support and assistance (minimal travel required).
•Reconcile all artist expense reports; process invoices and coordinate accruals for accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience planning, organizing and administering events or education/training activities, or similar role; gallery and studio experience preferred
• Superior organization, planning and follow-up skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

The Studio Intern, assists in studio development and works with Ryan directly in the first stages of creating and buidling projects. The Studio Intern must also have prior expeirence with installing art, buidling, painitng and is willing to help with studio upkeep.
The two potitions will be granted to the most qualified individuals.
